Item Shop

In a game, you may want to purchase items to give you an advantage, or a cool look. Healing potions, double xp or points, a new skin, a magic sword, a temporary speed boost, etc! Any game on SoulSeed which has items for sale will have a Shop button in it. It may be active all the time, or perhaps only while you're in an active game session, depending on how the Game Designer set things up.

Viewing Items

Items that are available for purchase will show up in the game's Item shop. They can be purchasable any time, or perhaps only while a game session is active. The cart supports any kind of payment type that was configured in the Item Creator.

To view an item, click on it. To add an item to your cart, just click the Add button. You can add as many as you like!

Viewing your Cart

When a player adds an item to their cart, eventually they will want to check out. At that time they will see an overall list of all the items in the cart, and whether or not they have the correct quantity of payment time that is needed. If they do not, they can go get some before they complete the purchase.

It is possible for one cart checkout to require several different types of payment in a single transaction.

Checking Out

When you are satisfied that you have sufficient payment, or have removed items you no longer wish to purchase, just click the "Proceed to Payment" button.

You will see a Transaction request screen popup for your approval. It will describe the payment types and amounts that you are spending in this shop transaction.

If you are satisfied with the Request details, click on "Approve". After a moment, the payment types will be transferred to the shop, and you will receive your items in your inventory immediately.
